October 1 marked the start of the 12th annual 2015 National Cyber Security Awareness Month (NCSAM), led by the National Cyber Security Alliance (NCSA), and we are happy to announce that Blueliv is supporting it. As an official champion, we recognize our commitment to cybersecurity and online safety.
Celebrated every October, National Cyber Security Awareness Month was created as a collaborative effort between government and industry to ensure everyone has the resources needed to stay safer and more secure online.
The 2015 National Cyber Security Awareness Month (NCSAM) kicks off emphasizing “Our Shared Responsibility,” the month’s official theme and call to action for all global citizens to take basic steps to make the Internet – a vital resource for our personal, public and professional lives – safer and more secure.
“The Champion Program is a vital part of making National Cyber Security Awareness Month a success each year,” said Michael Kaiser, executive director of the National Cyber Security Alliance. “We are thankful to our 2015 Champion organizations for their support and commitment to our shared responsibility of promoting cyber security and online safety awareness.”
“At Blueliv, we believe that sharing expertise and intelligence is the key to get the upper hand in an ever-changing war on cyber crime so we are proud to participate in this initiative” said Daniel, CEO and founder of Blueliv. “We are part of more than 200 institutions and companies that are concerned about protecting themselves and helping make the Internet more secure for everyone”.
