CEO & Founder
Daniel Solis is the CEO and founder of the visionary cyber security company Blueliv. He founded Blueliv in 2009 with the will to change things, and the perseverance to do it—often finding solutions where others never think to look. Since its inception, Daniel has managed corporate strategy, operations and sales while leading the company through the development and launch of its Cyber Threat Intelligence Platform. For more than 20 years, Daniel has designed security technologies to protect users and businesses from cyber risks and cyber threats. Before founding Blueliv, he served as the Information and Business Resilience Director at KPMG, and prior to that, as Chief Technology Officer of the cyber security firm S21sec. He has lead international security projects for Fortune 500 companies across industries from financial services to retail and consumer markets, extensively throughout Europe and Latin America. He is recognized as an international cyber security thought leader due to his contributions, the technologies he has developed and his experience in global projects. Gerard Cervello is a successful professional specialized in management, business development and in deploying high-profile IT projects. As Blueliv’s General Manager, Gerard has a multi-faceted role of leading, empowering and coaching a world-class team in the sales, marketing, finance, production, delivery and R&D areas to achieve Blueliv’s ambitious objectives, as well as in participating in the company’s strategy and vision. He has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry in multiple positions, from the bottom to the top, behaving as a strategic thinker with pragmatic approaches to solve issues and to improve how things work. Before joining Blueliv, Gerard worked in large companies like Philips or in start-ups such as Isoco or Scytl. In the later one Gerard was part of the successful management team that helped the company to become the dominant player in its market, scaling the business from less than 1M to a run rate of over 60M upon his departure in 2016. Having hold different positions, from VP of Operations to VP of Sales Operations or VP of Presales, Gerard was able to develop and apply different abilities to successfully achieve its objectives every year. VP Engineering and Product Development
Jordi is a seasoned architect of scalable, high-availability web applications for both startups and publicly traded companies. Over the last 15 years he has held different roles in product development, consulting and management. At Blueliv, Jordi leads Engineering and Product Development and is responsible for managing the product development roadmap, architecture, platform scalability and experience as well as quality assurance. He is also in charge of the third party integrations of the product as well as the technology alliances. Jordi has an extended background and expertise in teaching governments and private sector customers about application development, building secure web applications and APIs. It is this highly specialized knowledge, in-depth experience and insight which gives Blueliv’s cyber threat intelligence platform its unparalleled quality and effectiveness. VP Threat Intelligence
Ramon Vicens has over a decade of experience within the cyber security industry. At Blueliv, Ramon serves as VP of Threat Intelligence and conducts in-depth research and investigations involving Threat and Fraud Intelligence within his team. Ramon joined Blueliv in early 2010 as a senior penetration tester and forensic analyst. Now, as Threat Intelligence VP, he is responsible for managing all of the intelligence investigations and analysis in the company, and also for product and service development. He also collaborates with other industry groups and ecosystems to enhance research capabilities and improve global cyber threat intelligence. Prior to joining Blueliv, Ramon was with international companies BDO and One eSecurity as a cyber security analyst engineer. He is an expert in honeypots/nets, incident handling, forensics, malware analysis, reverse engineering and uncovering cyber attack trends. Ramon holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications from University of Catalonia, a Master’s Degree in Security from Ramon Llull University as well as professional security certifications. Ludovic is an experienced marketing professional with more than seven years’ experience in the security industry and over 10 years’ experience in the IT Industry. Ludovic leads demand generation, communication and brand awareness at Blueliv. Ludovic’s previous roles include marketing positions at various European companies based in France, Denmark and Italy. During his time in Denmark, Ludovic worked for IT Security company and vulnerability intelligence specialists, Secunia, where he played a fundamental role in the global expansion of their newly created Marketing function, supporting with Demand Generation and Product Marketing. Ludovic also co-founded an IT training company based in Rome where he simultaneously acted as Marketing Manager. Ludovic began his career in Sales at Canon and Mercedes-Benz after completing a degree in Business Administration at ISTEC, Paris.
VP of Global Sales
Ana joined Blueliv in 2016 as VP of Global Sales leading our sales, presales and sales operations teams. Ana is a senior professional with over 18 years of international business management positions. Ana’s professional experience is mainly focused on international business development, sales and account management selling through field sales, inside sales and channels, supporting leading teams and companies to drive growth and enter new markets (Europe, Middle East, North and South America, Asia and Africa). Prior to joining Blueliv, Ana was the Director of Sales for Europe Region at OnMobile, Director of Sales for the Iberia Market at Experian and Director of Strategic Global Accounts at Symantec/Norton. Ana also worked for Openwave Systems (EMEA Sales Executive & Global Account Manager for Vodafone and Orange), Good Technology and The Carphone Warehouse. Ana holds a degree in Business Administration from Madrid Complutense University, an International MBA from ESCP Europe and completed the IESE Business School Executive Management Development Programme (PDD). Outside work, Ana loves spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoy reading, swimming, skiing, travelling and meeting new people.
